This is the highest policy making body of the school which is responsible for the final determination of basic and essential institutional policies. The Board of Trustees shall have the management of the administrative and business affairs of the school. It is composed of ten (10) members. They are elected annually by the members of the Augustinian Sisters of Our Lady of Consolation. The members are composed of Augustinian Sisters of Our Lady of Consolation, members from other religious congregations, lay persons with expertise in education, finance and legal matters.
