COLLEGE ADMISSION ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

(FRESHMAN AND TRANSFEREE)
Admission is a Guidance Service extended to qualified student applicants who wish to enroll in LCCT College Department, making it easier for them to comply with the requirements and procedures set by the school.

Admission Forms (Application, Testing Permit & Admission Slip)

Procedure:

The transferee student applicant must submit a copy of grades from previous school at the Admission's Office for evaluation purposes. (see policy)

If pass, proceed to Record Officer to evaluate for crediting subjects.

ADAM approves and recommends for application at the Admission?s Office.

The student applicant fills-up the application form. (New/Transferee)

If Freshman Alumni, proceed to the submission of requirements. If not, the Admission Officer issues testing permit.

Present the testing permit at the cashier and pay entrance testing fee.

Guidance Counselor administer, check and release result of the entrance exam immediately.

The student applicant submits requirements to the Admission Officer in a long brown envelop.

Student Applicants fill up the Individual Record Form of the Guidance Center. The Guidance Counselor interviews the student applicant.

A.O./G.C. gives recommendation if qualified for scholarship grant to SFAO.

A.O./G.C. issues admission slip attached to the envelop with requirements to the student applicant for enrolment to the Registrar?s Office. A.O./G.C. monitors the statistics of new students enrolled.
